By purchasing the Digital Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions:

License to Resell

Upon purchase of our digital products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the products for personal or business purposes:

You are welcome to sell the Digital Program as your digital product as an affiliate! Earn 80% commission every time you resell the Digital Program. You’ll receive a custom affiliate link and a fully set-up backend—Simply add the link to your Stan Store or Beacons, and you’re ready to promote. All the work is done for you, making it easy to earn income online. Your network will also have full access to the course and community on the Skool platform.

This license strictly prohibits the redistribution of digital products through unauthorized methods, including free giveaways or sharing on unapproved third-party platforms, unless explicitly authorized by us in writing.

Incentivization Clause

Bundling allowed: Feel free to incentivize your customers by offering them additional digital products and/or services alongside the digital course!

Payment Plans

Payment Plans are available - If you purchase on a subscription payment plan, you can dive straight into the course and start promoting. However, you will need to pay off your payment plan first, in order for your first buyer to gain access to the course. This helps ensure your buyer is fully paid for the sale they deserve!

Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products, including but not limited to designs, graphics, content, and templates, are the exclusive intellectual property of The Digital Program. You acknowledge that these products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any of our digital products outside of the reselling rights granted to you as an affiliate.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided once a purchase is complete, except as explicitly stated in promotional or ambassador program terms. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our digital products after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Digital Program is not liable for any disputes that may arise from the use of our digital product(s). All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind and you are responsible for any financial consequences resulting from the reselling of the program.
